If the accuracy and speed of material cutting and welding cannot be determined based on industry experience, we need to conduct actual testing - sample making.

The following is the process and requirements for our sample testing:

1. After fully understanding the buyer's technical requirements, precision of processed materials, and performance requirements. We prepare or purchase the sample materials requested by the buyer. If there are special materials that cannot be purchased in China, the buyer needs to send them to us by air freight express delivery. After we receive them, we will take photos to confirm that they have been signed for.


2. Prepare the laser equipment required by the buyer (specific required power), conduct actual testing, and the technical personnel will record the machine operating parameters, set the parameters, and use different tools to test the accuracy, speed, deformation, pressure resistance, wear resistance, strength, etc. of the sample. There will be video and image recordings throughout the entire process.


3. Produce electronic test reports, videos, and other media to send to the buyer. If necessary, send the tested samples back to the buyer by air freight courier to facilitate further evaluation of the quality, accuracy, and other aspects of the test samples.
