When a problem occurs, the first step is to contact our after-sales team. The answering process is: fault diagnosis → repair confirmation → maintenance. If a new component needs to be replaced, we will send it to you by air freight express, and you can replace the old part according to our replacement installation video. If we need old parts, could you please send them back to us in the same way.
Laser Generator Warranty
All of our laser products come standard with the CE version of the RAYCUS generator. Raycus supports global quality assurance. At present, Raycus supports after-sales outlets in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, South Korea, Australia, India, Russia, Italy, Russia, Germany, Brazil, Türkiye, etc. You only need to send the laser that needs to be repaired to the nearest service point, and Raycus will provide free repair (within the warranty scope, non human factors damage) and send it back to you free of charge. Greatly saving you time and air freight costs.
Accessories
The accessories of each machine are of reliable quality, and each laser equipment has consumables such as protective mirrors, focusing mirrors, nozzles, etc. We have inventory of almost all the accessories in our warehouse.
