Generally, fiber laser cutting machines need to be disassembled in order to be loaded into containers. Therefore, you will need to install machine accessories such as gantry after receiving the machine. If you are unable to complete this task, our overseas technical personnel can assist you:
 
1. Determine the required date for on-site visit. We will process the visa, purchase the air ticket, arrange accommodation, etc., and the buyer will need to pay the corresponding fees. We do not charge additional installation and training fees, which usually take 5-7 days. For large laser cutting machines with heavy installation workload, it usually takes 7-10 days (including training). Our technicians ensure that the laser equipment operates normally, meets delivery standards, and meets precision requirements.

2. If it is not our company's product, we can also arrange technical on-site installation or training, but our technical personnel will need to charge a daily fee of 200-300 US dollars.

3. After the on-site installation is completed, we hope you can provide our technical personnel with corresponding evaluations, which can be in the form of email or online feedback.
